CT has provided innovative health IT services since its
inception in 2005, when it pioneered
MyChildsHealthRecord, a specialty Personal and
Electronic Health Record system used during the
Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
CT’s CEO Ron Oberleitner, whose son has autism, is a
successful senior executive formerly from the medical
device industry, a nationally recognized disability
advocate and the founder of TalkAutism, a leading
provider of select autism resources and services through
its web portal (www.talkautism.org,
online since 2001) and strategic partnerships with
leading nonprofits. TalkAutism was said to offer “the
best online support of any autism website” by Forbes
Magazine, and the TalkAutism network has received over 1
million visits over the past year. CT’s registry and
public health information technology is supported by
strategic partner Scientific Technologies Corporation
with online system architecture, implementation and
conforming to HIPAA standards is provided by SYNA

In November 2007, CT acquired TalkAutism to provide
branded health record and Behavior Imaging™ technologies
to the motivated autism health and education
marketplaces.
