Luis G. Kun, Ph.D.
– Senior Advisor on Healthcare IT and Security
Dr. Kun will advise the company in the
areas of HIPAA compliance for our target market sectors. Dr. Kun
will also play a key role in the extension of CT’s technologies to
additional markets such as homeland security subsequent to our
initial penetration into the healthcare markets described in this
document. Dr. Kun is a Professor of Systems Management at the
National Defense University
Uwe Reischl, M.D.,
Ph.D. – Director of Center of Health Policy, Boise State University
Dr. Reischl will advise primarily in
the optimal adoption of CT’s technologies in public health. Uwe
Reischl has over 25 years experience in applied research and program
management. Dr. Reischl served as a science advisor to the World
Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. He most recently served
as a Clinical Advisor to the AutismCares Coalition to evaluate
emergency relief efforts for autism families impacted by Hurricane
Katrina. He’s also the former CEO of UTEK, a publicly traded
corporation introducing new technologies.
Dr. James Ball EdD
Dr. Ball will advise on expanding role
of CT’s portfolio for school applications. Dr. Ball is Co-Chair of
the Autism Society of America Professional Advisory Board, and has
direct supervision responsibilities for over 200 students throughout
6 six learning center programs, and his current consultant work
includes school districts in NY, TX, MD and HI.
Tom Hardart, MBA
Principal – Adirondacks Films;
(former) VP – International Business, AOL
Mr. Hardart will advise on business
strategy and direction. Mr. Hardart negotiated many successful
alliances for AOL, and retired in 2001. Mr. Hardart has most
recently started a movie company with investment backing.
Cheryl Bolstad
Ph.D. – Human Factors Engineering
Dr. Bolstad will advise on system
design and usability. Dr. Bolstad earned her PhD in Psychology
specializing in cognition and aging and Human Factors from North
Carolina State University. She has over 10 years experience as a
human factors engineer in a wide variety of projects. Dr.
Bolstad has a child with special needs.
